Disability Pension

Disability Pension is paid when Veteran complete their service and is based on real rank salary during injury.


Are you eligible?

Officers that are eligible to receive Disability Pension are:

  • 20% and above Disability
  • Duty related disability
  • Assessment and verification of disability are performed by Determination Cause Committee (LPS) in Health Services Section (BPK)
  • Approved by Armed Forces Council (MAT)
  • Pension will cease when Veteran passes away

About Disability Pension

  • Disability Pension is paid when Veteran complete their service and calculated based on real rank salary during the time of injury
  • Disability Pension will cease when Veteran passes away. If Veteran passes away due to disability, the dependant may receive dependant pension. A post mortem report is needed to determine cause of death related to disability or not.

How much Disability Pension is paid?

Monthly pension rate are based on rates that are stated in Arrangement 2 or Arrangement 2(A) to PPAT 82; favoring whichever that will result in more.

When Disability Pension is paid?

Disability Pension is paid monthly.

Payment method

Disability Pension will be credited directly to Veteran's bank account.
