1. To review and process payments as follows within 21 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents:

  • Service Pension
  • Service Reward
  • Rest Leave Replacement Benefits (RLRB)
  • Mobilization Service Termination Allowance (MSTA)
  • Disability Benefits
  • Death Benefits for Dependents of Military Personnel who die in service

2. Applications for the JHEV ATM Welfare and Education Assistance Scheme will be processed within 3 to 6 months from the date of receipt of complete applications.
