The assistance aims to ease the financial burden during university admission registration and also serves as encouragement and motivation for continuing higher education.

The assistance amount provided as a one-time payment is:
a) RM1,000 for Diploma level studies.
b) RM1,500 for Bachelor's Degree level studies.

How to apply?
a) Download and complete the following form: Application Form for Welfare Assistance (JHEVBK2019).
b) The application form must be filled out by the applicant or their guardian. All information provided must be accurate, correct, and truthful, and the applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
c) All applications must be submitted through the JHEV Branch Office in the applicant's state of residence.

The application will be investigated to verify the information provided.

The application will be considered for approval by the Welfare and Education Committee Meeting Panel of JHEV (JKKP). The application status can be checked through the JHEV Welfare Application Status Checking System.
