• Filling vacant positions.
• Managing personnel services for officers and staff (leave, financial matters, promotions, disciplinary actions, retirements, Annual Work Targets (SKT), Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (LNPT), personal files, etc.).
• Implementation of training programs/courses.
• Execution of HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System).
• Awards/Medals/Honors.
• Excellent Service Awards (APC)/Model Employee Awards.

Administration Section

• Asset and inventory management.
• Building rental and maintenance.
• Procurement of goods and service contracts.
• Management of vehicles, correspondence, and related bills.
• Coordination and logistical support for key departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, and assemblies.

Medal and Memorial Branch

• Awarding the Pingat Jasa Malaysia (PJM) medal to ATM Veterans.
• Coordinating the National Day Parade.
• Organizing Ramadan Iftar/Raya Celebrations hosted by the Minister of Defense and distribution of festive contributions from the ATM Veteran Foundation.
• Payment of allowances to recipients of SP (Seri Pahlawan Gagah Perkasa) and PGB (Pingat Gagah Berani).
• Managing ATM Veteran Remembrance Ceremonies.
• Coordinating correspondence with the ATM Director-General.
• Arranging visits/dialogue sessions between the Director-General and Veterans.
• Managing specialized military service and training courses.
