Corporate Communications Unit

  • The Communications and Corporate Unit (UKK) is a division within JHEV ATM responsible for the following:
    • Issuing statements for media releases and sending Notes to Editors as invitations for programs/events organized by the department.
    • Preparing media plans, such as advertorials in print media or interviews through electronic media.
    • Covering and archiving activities in photo or video format for reference purposes.
    • Updating information by uploading photos or videos of conducted activities and disseminating announcements.
    • Managing and monitoring complaints/inquiries related to JHEV ATM.
    • Coordinating the publication of periodic releases.
