Reopening of Customer Service Counters During the Movement Control Order (MCO) Phase (PKPB).
The JHEV ATM Customer Service Counter will reopen starting from 6 May 2020, subject to the terms and guidelines as outlined below:
Operating Hours:
- Time: 9.00 AM to 2.30 PM
 - Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, Negeri Sembilan & Melaka, Perak, Pahang, Sabah, Sarawak (subject to current state government directives).
 - Sunday to Thursday (except public holidays). Kelantan & Terengganu, Kedah, Penang & Perlis, Johor (subject to current state government directives).
 
Appointment Procedure:
- Appointments must be made one day in advance through the Call Centre and the purpose of the visit must be stated.
 
Important Guidelines:
- Customers are advised to visit only for essential matters to comply with the PKPB directive in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
 
Customer Service Counter Etiquette during PKPB:
- Customer movement is subject to current authority instructions.
 - Cross-border travel between states is not allowed.
 - Maintain social distancing.
 - Customers must be in good health with normal body temperature.
 - Wear a face mask.
 - Record personal details before dealing at the counter.
 - Wash hands before and after handling transactions at the counter.
