Melaka, 8 August 2024 – YB Adly Zahari, Deputy Minister of Defence of Malaysia, accompanied by Major General Dato’ Zambery Jefry bin Haji Darus (Director-General of JHEV ATM), Encik Sophian Isswandy bin Ismail (Deputy Director-General of JHEV ATM), Datuk Haji Shahdan bin Haji Othman (Mayor of Melaka City Council), and Tuan Mahalil bin Mokhtar (Engineer of Melaka Tengah Public Works Department), officiated the award ceremony for the Pingat Jasa Malaysia (PJM) and the handover of newly built houses under the ATM Veterans Housing Initiative for the state of Melaka.

During the program, YB Adly Zahari presented the Pingat Jasa Malaysia (PJM) and the monthly Living Assistance of RM300 to the recipients.

1. Simon Lazaroo, Jalan Cricthon 1, Taman Pasir Murni, Ujung Pasir, 75050 Melaka
*Note: The wife of the recipient passed away in 2022 due to illness at an old age.*

2. Baba bin Mohamed @ Ahmad bin Mamat, Bukit Katil, 75450 Melaka
*Note: The recipient passed away due to a leg injury in February 2024.*

**Newly Built House Handover Recipients:**
1. Roslan bin Ludin, Lorong Pulau Perhentian Bukit Pulau, Bukit Baru, 75150 Melaka (Rental House)
*Note: The newly built house is valued at RM55,000 (without SPNB involvement).*

The program commenced with welcoming remarks from Major General Dato’ Zambery Jefry bin Haji Darus, Director-General of JHEV ATM, followed by a prayer to open the ceremony. The Deputy Minister then gave his speech, which was followed by the house key handover for the ATM Veterans Housing Initiative.

This initiative continues to ensure that veterans are well-supported and receive the recognition and assistance they deserve for their service to the nation.

Kuantan, 4 August 2024 – The Closing Ceremony of the Aspirasi Rakyat Carnival (KAR) 3.0, officiated by YB Adly Zahari, Deputy Minister of Defence, Malaysia, was successfully held at the Kompleks Wisma Belia, Indera Mahkota, Kuantan, Pahang. The event was graced by YBhg. Major General Dato' Zambery Jefry bin Haji Darus, Director General of JHEV ATM, and YBrs. Dr. Yaakob bin Hj Harun, Director of VTC Holistics Sdn Bhd.

The KAR 3.0 program was organized from 3 to 4 August 2024 at the same venue.

The main objectives of this program were:

• To encourage and develop entrepreneurial potential among ATM Veterans.
• To enhance social knowledge, career planning, and networking opportunities with various industries.

The event primarily aimed to support the growth and development of socio-economic activities among productive ATM Veterans.

Kuantan, August 4, 2024 - The Director-General of JHEV ATM, YBhg. Dato' Major General Zambery Jefry bin Haji Darus, attended the Engagement Program for the Karnival Aspirasi Rakyat (KAR) 3.0 at the Main Hall of the Wisma Belia Indera Mahkota Complex with ATM Veterans. He spent time interacting with and honoring the Veterans who were present.

This event provided an opportunity for the Veterans to meet, voice their concerns, and engage directly with the Director-General of JHEV ATM.

During the program, YBhg. Dato' Major General Zambery Jefry bin Haji Darus presented contributions in the form of livelihood assistance and medical equipment (wheelchairs) to several recipients. These included members of the Malaysian Armed Forces Veterans Association (PVATM), the Royal Malaysian Air Force Veterans Association (PVTUDM), ATM Veterans, and widows. All recipients received cash aid for livelihood assistance as well as medical aid equipment contributions.

On the night of 3rd August 2024, the Appreciation Night was held at the Main Hall, Wisma Belia Complex, Indera Mahkota, Kuantan. The event was further graced by the presence of YB Dato' Mohamad Nizar bin Dato' Sri Mohamad Najib, EXCO for Youth, Sports, Science, Technology, and Innovation of Pahang State, alongside YBhg. Mejar Jeneral Dato' Zambery Jefry bin Haji Darus, Director-General of JHEV ATM. The night was filled with entertainment, including a special performance by guest artist Roslan Madun, as well as lucky draw prizes with attractive rewards.

One of the main objectives of the Appreciation Night was to support the Warrior Fund Campaign (KTP), which aims to raise funds to provide assistance to veterans and their families who are in need, such as livelihood support for those who are financially struggling.

This carnival was held in collaboration with the Veterans Affairs Corporation (PERHEBAT), the Malaysian Armed Forces Veterans Association (PVATM), the Royal Malaysian Air Force Veterans Association (PVTUDM), the Kuantan City Council (MBK), Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Tekun Nasional (TEKUN), the Social Security Organization (PERKESO), VTC Holistic Sdn Bhd, and other government departments and agencies.

Karnival keusahawanan, kerjaya dan pendidikan Veteran ATM mula dilaksanakan pada tahun 2023 dengan sambutan yang sangat mengalakkan. Pelbagai aktiviti yang menarik disediakan. Lawatan ini dilaksanakan oleh Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Inderapura Negeri Pahang, 𝗬𝗕𝗵𝗴. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗼’ 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗛𝗷 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗸 𝗙𝗮𝘂𝘇𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗷 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶 𝗬𝗕𝗵𝗴. 𝗠𝗲𝗷 𝗝𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗼’ 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗷𝗶 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗞𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗝𝗛𝗘𝗩 𝗔𝗧𝗠. Aktiviti jualan ini mendapat sambutan yang amat menggalakkan dan terdapat lebih daripada 130 gerai jualan terdiri dari Usahawan Veteran ATM dari dalam dan luar Negeri pahang telah terlibat dengan Karnival Aspirasi Rakyat 3.0 ini.

𝗠𝗲𝗷 𝗝𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗼’ 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗷𝗶 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝘂𝘀 Ketua Pengarah JHEV ATM telah mengadakan Program Karnival Aspirasi Rakyat 3.0 yang dirasmikan oleh Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Inderapura Negeri Pahang, 𝗬𝗕𝗵𝗴. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗼’ 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗛𝗷 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗸 𝗙𝗮𝘂𝘇𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗷 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳 bagi Program Karnival Aspirasi Rakyat 3.0 bertempat di Kompleks Wisma Belia Indera Mahkota, Kuantan Pahang. Program ini merupakan salah satu fokus JHEV ATM bagi menggalakan dan membangunkan potensi keusahawanan dalam kalangan Veteran Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM). Bukan itu sahaja, ia dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan sosial, perancangan kerjaya kedua dan merapatkan hubungan dan jaringan dengan industri.
